Mr. Kravetz from Duane Morris is representing the Trump developer, TRG Holiday, in an ongoing dispute regarding a number of construction defects. In an attempt to avoid liability it seems that both sides are pointing fingers and have since involved multiple parties in the lawsuit. For Coastal Construction this is not the first time the contractors have been under heat as they have faced similar issues of faulty construction from previous clients. Knowing this Scott Kravetz can build a strong defense against Coastal but still has some hard work ahead of him.
