Wholesale Club Wins $4M In Suit Over Shoddy Construction At Flagler Station Warehouse

Last week, the judge for this case ruled in favor of PriceSmart, the biggest membership warehouse club operator in Central America and the Caribbean. They were awarded roughly $4.4 million in a lawsuit alleging faulty construction at their Flagler Station warehouse.
