Condominiums Opportunities and Pitfalls Seminar Co-Chaired by m2e’s own Miroslav “Misha” Mladenovic

“The sweetheart of the world” is how Jorge Perez, Related Group chairman and CEO, described Miami in a recent article published by the Miami Herald. With its gorgeous beaches and all-year-round summer weather, Miami’s luxury level continues to flourish as the perfect accessory to its natural beauty. Therefore, more Condo Developers, Contractors, Subcontractors and Design Professionals continue to invest in this city because as Perez added “everyone wants a place here.”
However, these exciting projects inevitably come with risks for all the interested parties. So in order to minimize any current and future perils, m2e’s President Miroslav “Misha” Mladenovic will be co-chairing a Condominiums Opportunities and Pitfalls Seminar this September which qualifies for 11.0 hours of continuing education credits for Florida Contractors and 9.25 AIA LUs for architects.
On Tuesday September 23 Steven M. Siegfried and B. Michael Clark, Jr. of Siegfried Rivera Hyman Lerner De La Torre Mars & Sobel PA will present “Insurance for Developers, Contractors and Subcontractors.” Steven Siegfried will also be speaking in the “Condominium Conversions” portion. On Wednesday September 24, 2014 Misha will be presenting the events titled “Condominium Association Issues” and “Inspection Requirements and the Turnover Process.”
Additionally issues like Investment Strategies and Construction Defect Litigation will also be discussed in detail.
