The Related Group, one of M2E’s utmost loyal clients, and Fortune International, are two of the most prominent condo builders in Miami. They have recently joined forces with the Fairwinds Group, former owner of the Ireland’s Inn, to create yet another breath-taking showpiece in the hotel’s place, the Auberge Beach Residences and Spa.
The upcoming project consists of 171 units ranging from $1.5 million up to $8 million. CEO Jorge Perez stated they will be creating an “unmatched product” that captures Fort Lauderdale’s casual sophistication. Nichols, Brosch, Wurst, Wolf & Associates are the architects hired to design while the interior is fashioned by designer Meyer Davis.
What to expect? Hotel-like service, a spa, American bistro-style restaurant complete with raw bar and wines, fitness center, and resort amenities. Sounds like another piece of Related luxury. Cheers to their new endeavor from the M2E team!
