I think we’re going to need a dentist appointment. The Daily Business Review reports ‘U.S. home sales and prices are poised to rise in 2013, solidifying a recovery’. This certainly validates what we’ve been seeing in our local industry over the last few months. We’ve experienced our own resurgence of previous clients with new projects in the books and new construction breaking ground. Looks like 2013 is panning out to be a great year for our South Florida housing market and we want to be the engineers to get you there!
