More luxury condos like M2E projects Beachwalk and Apogee are being built along the beachfront of Hollywood. Client the Related Group and other developers are spending millions, as much as over 100 million, to add resort units and condos estimated to be complete by 2017. Miami and Brickell specifically are beautiful yet dense areas. It is a very competitive market. Hollywood and Hallandale are still expanding and therefore have more room for developers to add million dollar projects.
