The Project

Although this is a 22-story, two-tower, complex, The Parc at Turnberry Isles offers only 55 elite residences. The building features a health and fitness center, outdoor spa, pool, summer kitchen, children’s playground and more.

As a repeat client of m2e we were happy to support Cabi Developers first residential project in the United States. This development is a proven statement of their capability to deliver a first-class community.

The Details

The Quality Assurance program we provided included plan review, regular inspections, and stringent closeout procedures. Key to our success was strict adherence to contract documents as well as control of cost and time schedule.

Our performance on this project as well as on the Country Club Center, Aventura FL, earned us position as the exclusive engineering consulting firm for Cabi Developers.
