The Project

Residences at Vizcaya is a boutique luxury condo development overlooking Biscayne Bay in Coconut Grove. Completed in 2011, Residences at Vizcaya was developed by GC3 Development and designed by CC Arquitectos. The building rises eight floors and includes just 18 condo residences. The interiors at Residences at Vizcaya were designed by Miami-based interior design firm Hinojosa Design Studio, delivering an upscale look and feel to the common area spaces.
