m2e Client, Oceana Bal Harbour holds the largest area of LEED-certified space, with 784,202 square feet. The building, which sits parallel to the Atlantic Ocean, was designed to create the illusion of an illuminated transparent structure.

Other new listmakers are Midtown 5, Altis Boca Raton, Modera Metro, Broadstone at Brickell and Las Olas City Centre. These six projects account for 3,045,253 square feet of LEED-certified space in South Florida.
