In a Daily Business Review article last week, Miami’s zoning board approved a set of zoning alterations pushing the Miami Worldcenter project ahead.
Despite the opinions of opponents and board members the decision was unanimously taken last Wednesday. The 25-acre project will include over 750,000 square feet of retail and commercial area along with hotels and residences.
What’s more, part of the decision will allow the Miami Worldcenter to be built in such a way that resembles the developer’s original idea.
The engineers at m2e cannot wait to see this project become a reality and hopes to contribute to the building of the Miami Worldcenter.
