With 120 rooms at about $750,000 per unit, it is without a doubt the fashion mogul would be interested in such a prestigious hotel. Nakash Holdings is the investment firm who also works with the founders of recognized jean brand Jordache and mansion of the late Gianni Versace. According to DVF, Miami’s luxury is captured in the hotel, and is also common ground for professionals in the construction and fashion industry alike.
