M2e client the Related Group landed a $157 million loan to create one of the largest projects in Brickell yet, the SLS Lux. It will be a joint endeavor between the Related and SBE Hotel Group.
The Brickell tower will be 54 stories high with 124 SLS branded rooms and 453 residential condominiums above it. Canyon Capital Realty Advisors is funding the project and are based in Los Angeles. According to a director at Canyon, Robin Potts, this is their first business venture with the Related Group. Further, M2E has been retained to provide consulting work on the SLS Lux. Another anticipated successful project between the Related and M2E as well as SBE Hotel Group.
