Muse Residences is on its way up!

We are excited to see the progress on this project as it reaches the 18th floor of the construction phase. Located at 17141 Collins Ave in Sunny Isles Beach, Muse Residences, will consist of 47 stories plus lower and upper penthouses and 68 residential units, with private elevators servicing each residence. m2e client, Property Markets Group, and S2 Development have teamed up to develop this project which is expected to be completed in 2018.
