Old friends to the north … One Singer Island here we come!

m2e is retained again by previous client, One Singer Island Condominium. We had the privilege of working on this magnificent Singer Island property back in 2008 during their turnover. This exclusive waterfront property boasts 13 floors with 15 one of kind condominiums offering panoramic views of the ocean and the Intracoastal. When you picture luxury – this is it! Given our history and ‘job well done’ with this project, we were called back to address some waterproofing issues. Miroslav ‘Misha’ Mladenovic has been assigned the Project Manager.
