Miami 21 stands for the “Miami of the 21st Century” and details a new age approach to land use and urban planning. It will provide a clear plan for the City that will be supported by specific guidelines and regulations so that future generations can enjoy the benefits of well-balanced neighborhoods and a better quality of life. With this important step, we are laying the foundation for a better, more walkable, bikeable and livable City of Miami. The plan will consider all aspects of economic development, parks and public places, transportation, historic preservation, and arts and culture in its total development and implementation.
