m2e is pleased to announce the newest addition to our client roster, Cloisters on the Bay Condominium Association. m2e has been retained to provide engineering consulting for the ultra exclusive condominiums. Built in 2004, Cloisters on the Bay is a ultra exclusive, gated waterfront enclave located in the heart of Coconut Grove. Each of the 40 villas are complete with three levels of spacious living, offer three to five bedroom floor plans ranging from 4,500 to 7,900 sq. ft., with private patios, backyards, garage and rooftop terraces.
