The Related Group has completed Paraiso Bayviews, the second of four towers in its condo project along Biscayne Bay in Miami’s Edgewater.

Located at 501 N.E. 31st Street, Paraiso Bayviews is located just west of the bay, but it has plenty of water views and shares access to the beach club near the Amara at Paraiso restaurant by award-winning chef Michael Schwartz. The developer is completing a public park nearby that will connect to the project through a walkway along Biscayne Bay.
