m2e hosts luncheon at Akerman Senterfitt for the Distressed Properties Group

m2e was invited by the law firm of Akerman Senterfitt to host an informational luncheon for their Distressed Properties Group.  We were gratiously hosted by Ronald Kriss, Chair of the Distressed Properties Group, at their downtown Miami office on November 19th. Company president, Misha Mladenovic, spoke to a group of 15 attorney’s on m2e’s in-house capabilities and methods for approaching troubled assets. Our ability to assess and perform the work (including design) in an efficient and economical way makes us uniquely qualified to help acquire or re-align properties that are in need of that very expertise to bring them to market. The luncheon proved to be a succesful event and we are most grateful for the opportunity. Akerman Senterfitt continues to be an esteemed client of m2e.
