While most see a beautiful oceanfront address, we see exposure to the harsh sea side conditions. m2e has been retained by the Caribbean Condo, located oceanfront on Miami Beach. Originally designed by famed Architect Murray Dixon & built in 1941, the Caribbean Hotel was once one of the hotspots for the rich & famous who frequented Miami Beach during the days of the sexy “Rat Pack”. This Historic oceanfront landmark has undergone a complete restoration to recapture the glamour of a bygone era as a new, upscale condominium.
