m2e clients, Lennar, Codina sell part of Downtown Doral for $14M

Codina Partners and Lennar Corp. sold land in their Downtown Doral South project to an affiliate of Greystar, which will soon break ground on a senior living tower there.
The tower, named Overture at Downtown Doral South, will have 193 apartments for people ages 55 and up.

On the deed that revealed the deal for the 2.14-acre property on the west side of Northwest 87th Avenue, the sellers were White Course Lennar LLC, an affiliate of Miami-based Lennar Corp. (NYSE: LEN), and CC-WCW TIC, an affiliate of Coral Gables-based Codina Partners. CRP-GREP Overture Doral Owners, managed by South Carolina-based Greystar, was listed as the buyer.
