The Hyde Midtown Suites & Residences, a combination condo and hotel in Miami, has been completed by partners the Related Group, Dezer Properties and hospitality firm sbe.

Located at 3401 N.E. 1st Ave., the project has 410 condos and 60 hotel suites, all of them for sale. Carlos Rosso, the president of the Related Group’s condo division, said the project is about 90 percent sold, and the hotel suites are sold out. Over 100 units have closed so far. Prices range from $429,900 to $2.44 million.
