m2e Client, Related Group Breaks Ground On Affordable Apartments In Palm Beach County

Related Urban Development Group (RUDG), the affordable housing arm of Miami-based the Related Group, has broken ground on the Georgian Gardens affordable senior housing project in West Palm Beach.

SunTrust Bank provided a $15 million construction loan to Georgian Garden Apartments, part of RUDG, for the 87-unit project at 4330 Community Drive. The developer also secured a $607,500 subordinate loan from the City of West Palm Beach and a $16.33 million tax credit equity investment from Raymond James.
