m2e client, Gale Residences condo opens on Fort Lauderdale beach

Located at 401 Bayshore Drive, the 12-story project was built by Newgard Development Group and Merrimac Ventures. It has 122 traditional condo residences and seven two-story townhomes. The developer said the sellout value was $90 million.

Units in the Gale Residences will range from 800 to 2,100 square feet. Prices started in the $500,000s. The developer said most buyers came from South America, Canada, the Northeast U.S. and Broward County.
