Art Falcone knows all about how hard work can propel you to reach success. He began at only 18, working management at a McDonald’s in New York which then turned into purchasing a franchise with 9 stores. Falcone’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to real estate, purchasing homes in South Florida as investments. From there, he began development in towns like Pembroke Pines in 1986. Today, he is CEO of Encore Capital Management and is known for his project to redevelop the north side of Downtown Miami. m2e is happy to be a part of this exciting project, Miami Worldcenter, which is nearly 30 acres and is a city within a city. The $1.5 billion project will bring retail, hospitality, and residences to one location.
