Every now and again we have the pleasure of revisiting a project we’ve worked on in the past. We couldn’t be more excited about going back to the Traymore Hotel on Miami Beach. This little gem of South Beach Hotel is an REO that we’ll be performing a 40 Year Recertification Inspection on. Having a history with the property gives us an advantage as we know the building inside and out. This time around we are representing the buyer, SteepRock Capital, of the Traymore and are assisting them in reselling the asset.
