Blackstone granted one of m2e’s favorite clients, Surf Club, a $290 million construction loan for a brand new project.
Our beaches will soon supplement yet another building. And this time, it is the Four Season’s brand that will get to spread over 900 feet of oceanfront in Surfside, Florida. Designed by architect Richard Meier, the project will include a 151-unit condominium and a 77-room hotel. In addition, high-end retail space and restaurant will be incorporated in the plans.
