The Siegfried Rivera, Lerner, De La Torre & Sobel Law Firms next edition of “Straight Talk on Condos & HOAs” live radio show on 610-AM WIOD this Sunday, Dec. 5, from noon to 1 p.m. will mark the first time that we bring a highly experienced and knowledgeable consulting engineer on the show to focus on all of the important issues and questions involving reports of the condition of the building components to associations on turnover from developer control of condominiums and homeowner associations and deficiencies discovered after turnover.

Siegfried and Ivette Machado for the full hour to discuss issues pertaining to turnovers, engineering inspection reports, construction defects, major renovations and other construction-related topics.
