m2e has been privileged to work with Santa Maria Condominium on a multitude of projects, dating back to 2005. As one of our original clients, Senior Project Manager, Richard Camino has been the Project Manager since 2008. The outward aesthetics of this stunning Brickell high-rise can once again be enjoyed as m2e has restored the concrete, roof and pool in addition to waterproofing and lighting the outdoors. With a beachside location, the 60 Santa Maria units offer some of the most enviable scenic views of Miami.
