Another multifamily wave is coming and we’ve got our m2e wetsuits on!

The reports say we have 10 years of inventory but according to Astor Development Group –  those reports are inaccurate.  Astor is planning Merrick Manor , a 10-story luxury condominium in the heart of Coral Gables, near Merrick Park. Peter Zalewski of Condo Vultures LLC reports 86 new condominium projects are planned for the tri-county area.  Not too mention projects that are already well underway, such as our clients Apogee Beach and MyBrickell. The resurgence in our local housing market is evident and we at m2e are ready!

Our Litigation Mitigation program minimizes the Developers’ exposure to construction defect issues through a well tested and rigorous quality control program specifically devised for each project and developer. The program comprises of plan review, regular follow-up in the field, and close-out procedures. Our Owner Representation service includes control of renovation or erection of the physical assets, but also comprehensive enforcing and reporting procedures that correlate cost, time and quality on a regular basis. We also assist with contract negotiations and contractors and consultants’ selection.
