95 percent of inventory sold! Client Sonia Figueroa of One Paraiso comments on record-breaking sales in current housing market

Client Sonia Figueroa is in charge of One Paraiso’s marketing division, a development under the renowned Related Group. According to her comments in the Daily Business Review, it seems as though the housing market is thankfully taking a turn for the better.
Condos and penthouses are selling rapidly throughout Miami, and 95 percent of the units at One Paraiso have already been purchased. At SLS Brickell, all 450 of its units were sold within a month. Figueroa states she had to stop reservations when she reached over 700 within three to four weeks. She also told DBR that this is a “healthier market” and buyers are required to put down 50 percent of the cost of the unit. One Paraiso has undoubtedly grown from its original two-tower plan to four towers due to popular demand.
Developers are developing and buyers are buying. Now is the time to buy in this competitive market before inventory completely diminishes.
