m2e valued client, Related Group, East End Capital secure $58M for construction on Wynwood project

The Related Group and East End Capital have obtained a $57.99 million construction loan for one of the first residential projects under Wynwood’s new zoning code.

Wynwood 25 would have 289 apartments, 31,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and 340 parking spaces. Units would range from 400 to 1,200 square feet. Amenities would include a fitness center with a yoga studio, a coffee lounge, work-from-home spaces, a 12,000-square-foot green courtyard and a rooftop terrace with a pool and movie screen.
