m2e client, Stiles seeks to build apartments on site of Broward temple

The temple and SRG Plantation 3 LLC, an affiliate of Fort Lauderdale-based Stiles, filed a development review application with the city July 18. Plantation Principal Planner Peter Dokuchitz said it will go before the Review Committee on Aug. 22.

Stiles plans to build 351 apartments on a 5.4-acre portion of the site of 15 acres at 8200 Peters Road. The apartments would be on the eastern side of the property at the corner of Southwest 80th Terrace. That part of the temple’s land is mostly vacant, but it currently has a basketball court and a pool.
