Stiles Moves Ahead with Multi-family Residential Rental Project

If you were looking for optimistic signs in our South Florida Real Estate market, here’s some positive news for you.
Our longtime client, Stiles Corp. just recently secured a loan to build an apartment project in Plantation, FL. This will be a joint venture with the Prudential Insurance. The project reportedly consists of 642 rental apartments in three towers, clubhouse and garage.
m2e has had the pleasure of working with Stiles Corp. on various projects including The Residences at the Fountains, also in Plantation, FL where we provided Construction Administration, Plan Review and Quality Control Inspections.
