After most of its permitting staff went into self-isolation because of multiple coronavirus cases within their ranks, Miami-Dade is suspending construction inspections and telling builders to hire their engineers to review work for safety and code compliance.

At this time, m2e is one of the very few certified private firms that remain operational for condo associations and property management companies. 

During this public health crisis, we have coordinated additional staff training and taken the appropriate measures recommended by authoritative bodies such as the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of our colleagues, clients, and their loved ones.

• If required to be on-site for inspections or the like, all m2e staff will be outfitted with protective gear including masks, gloves, etc.
• In an effort to adhere to social distancing for the good of the general public and to abide by all local emergency orders, all m2e staff have been instructed to maintain 6 feet separation from all individuals.
• Our firm has always been at the forefront of implementing technology in our field, so whenever possible, m2e staff have been provided the resources to work remotely and collaborate on tested virtual platforms.
