Miroslav “Misha” Mladenović, PE

President

Misha Mladenović's experience in engineering and construction spans more than 30 years. During that time, he has overseen projects ranging from multi-purpose conference halls to luxury condominiums across three continents.

As Founder & President of m2e, he has led Project Management, Owner Representation (Financial & Construction), and Quality Control for various multimillion dollar residential and commercial projects, for a combined value of several billion dollars to-date.

An experienced engineer and proven problem solver, Misha has actively participated in all aspects of the construction process throughout his career, from design and construction management to equipment commissioning and forensic engineering. He currently leads the firm’s strategic direction and operations management.

Vladimir Markoski, PE, CxA, LEED AP

Principal

As Principal, Vladimir Markoski is instrumental to the integration and alignment of m2e core functions and processes. Together with the leadership team, he helps implement pivotal growth strategies by expanding both services and locations. His expertise and professionalism are representative of the firm’s commitment to providing value and best-in-industry services to clients.

Vladimir is an experienced licensed professional engineer in Florida with an extensive portfolio of successful institutional, commercial, and residential projects. Additionally, he serves as a lecturer of forensic engineering and law at the University of Miami.
