Pompano Beach Residents Win Big in a Construction Defect Case

The Pompano Beach luxury Sonata Beach Club is known for its million dollar condos with breathtaking views and stunning interior spaces. However residents and guests started noticing flooding in the common areas and the fitness center. The condominium association went on to sue and eventually win against the developer and the general contractor for a sum of $3.35 million. The lawsuit recorded a slue of faulty workmanship, which had not been a first for the developer who had run into these problems and allegedly failed to disclose that information.
