Our second home, Brickell, has construction in full swing thanks to the Related Group.

Our longtime client, The Related Group, buys the Infinity II site.

The Infinty II Brickell land at 1300 S Miami Ave was acquired by Related Group for approximately $18.5 million. The sale includes a permit to build a 65 floor, 740 foot residential tower with 556 units.
The Brickell Corridor has always been a hot spot for the Related Group.  “One of the first new cranes working in the area as the market began to recover was at the Related Group’s MyBrickell site” says Matt Allen, Executive Vice President and Chief Operation Officer. m2e is thrilled to be involved in both of Related’s most recent Brickell projects, MyBrickell and Millecento.  MyBrickell construction is up to the 15th floor and Millecento started construction a few weeks back.
