m2e has completed the Lighting Improvement mock-up at 1060 Brickell and the results are great! The area completed is now benefiting from cutting edge technology in lighting – using LED lamps – and saving 90% energy consumption, not to mention eliminating A LOT of heat from the old lamps! We will soon be completing the remaining improvements throughout the building, and 1060 Brickell will reduce their carbon footprint by 180 Tons annually (the same as removing 35 cars from our roads)! Its the B.E.S.T. program at m2e that’s making waves in South Florida!
