Eddy Cocina, featured speaker at National Business Institute conference

On August 11, 2009, Eddy Cocina, Senior Project Manager at m2e was asked to be a guest speaker at a National Business Institute conference held at the Ft Lauderdale Sheraton.  The conference “Community Associations in a Distressed Market” outlined the 558 process for condominium turnovers and warranties under §718 of the Florida Statutes.

Eddy’s portion of the presentation covered construction defects, their identification and remediation along with directions that different defects require in order to mitigate further consequential damage to the building components and unit owner interiors.

The conference was attended by attorneys and building managers and provided continuing education credits.
