This 450 condo and 78 hotel-condo unit building stands 648 feet tall. Designed by Yabu Pushelberg the interior is complimented by art from artists such as Fernando Botero and Fabian Burgos.

Another Related Group project, m2e truly enjoyed the opportunity to work with our long-time client on a building that has now become such an iconic part of Miami’s skyline.

Throughout the project we performed both PT and Quality Control Inspections, as well as provided forensic engineering services.

This project was successfully completed, sold out, and really stands out as a property that defines Miami style.
